REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

The body has the innate ability to return to balance. Sometimes we just don't listen well enough. Even at times the body turns up the volume on our dysfunction and uses pain signals to address the lack of attention.

Whether pain, poor posture, or stress the goal of Massage Therapy is to provide the opportunity for the body and mind to re connect . Facilitated through a "conversation" in movement.

Styles of Massage

Fascia
Dry manipulation of the surrounding fascial structure. Reversing the long held patterns that keep the body in dysfunction.

Relaxation
Stress is the catalyst to the majority of most physical pain and dysfunction. Relax the body with traditional swedish massage techniques and treat even the most serious conditions.

Sports
Weeks prior to any event, preparation to maintain optimal health and body awareness play a key role in athletic performance. Post performance flushing the muscles and addressing any injuries to reduce rest time between events.

Maternity
Twenty weeks usually marks the majority of need for support. The aid of a body pillow allows for a comfortable positioning on the table. The massage is as particular as for any individual, just with special considerations.
